Volunteers

We love our volunteers! We couldn’t do it without you. As a volunteer, you might help sort clothing and toys at Friday night drop-off, straighten display tables, cut tags off items that have sold, assist shoppers, sweep the gymnasium after the sale... there's room for every kind of volunteer at our event!  

 

All volunteers must register with My Consignment Manager. This helps us to communicate with you. Click here to register. You will select your volunteer shifts after registering. Volunteer shifts are first come, first served. 

 

Please email m2msale@gmail.com with any questions about volunteering. Remember, children are not permitted inside the sale. This includes your volunteer shift, so please make arrangements for childcare.

As a volunteer, you may shop at the pre-sale on Friday evening February 9, 2024. The pre-sale will be from approximately 7:30 to 9 pm. This is your opportunity to get the best of what is available in the sale! Volunteers working 5 shifts may shop at 7:30pm;  three or four shifts shop at 7:45 pm; single shift volunteers shop at 8pm.

For your shift, please wear a red shirt. Also, wear comfy shoes as you will be on your feet. Soft drinks and snacks are provided for volunteers while they are working. In order to reduce costs, we are not providing full meals at the sale.

Volunteer sign-ups will close at 8 pm on Thursday, August 8, 2024.
